30 day health guarantee: Our guarantee takes all the worry out of purchasing your new pet. I put a great deal of effort into raising healthy animals. That is why they have a 30 day health guarantee. Notify us immediately if there is a problem. If notification does not occur within a timely manner, it will be at our discretion to decide how to resolve the issue. Should any unforeseen circumstances occur, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
We guarantee that the animal you receive is in good health. Sex is not guaranteed unless stated.We guarantee that they are eating well and appear outwardly healthy upon shipment. If you are not satisfied with your reptile, or there is a problem, you must notify us within 24 hours of the problem arising. If the animal you recieve has a medical problem, we will reimburse you the Vet fees up to the price of the animal only after we get a reciept from the Vet with a diagnosis confirming the problem. It is our choice to replace the reptile with the same kind or similar animal or refund the purchase price. Shipping is non refundable. If we choose to refund, you are responsible for all expenses when returning the original reptile.
Live arrival guarantee: You must be there to receive the animal for the first delivery attempt. If there are any problems upon receiving your animal, you are responsible for contacting us. If we do not hear from you within 2 hours of receipt of the animal we will assume there were no problems and your animal arrived alive. Live delivery guarantee is void if delays due to carrier loss or carrier delays that will cause the delivery to go past 24 hours. Temperatures must be between 40 and 90 degrees in order to send out any reptiles. If the temperature is below 40 degrees or above 90 degrees there will be no live delivery guarantee.
If you return an animal (you pay return shipping), it must arrive in the same condition as it was when it left here unless otherwise agreed upon. Any DOA animals will also need to be returned before a refund is issued.
All sales and shipping must be prepaid in the form of a PayPal, MasterCard, Visa or check before any animals will be shipped. Checks will be held for 2 weeks before any animal is shipped. PayPal and credit card orders will only be shipped to the billing address. There will be no drop shipping. Our PayPal account is susan@beardiedragon.com
All animals are shipped overnight delivery. We ship using professional packing materials, including heat packs or cold packs depending on the weather. Temperatures must be between 40 and 90 degrees in order to send out any reptiles.
